Apartment H.T. is a celebration of light, openness, and understated luxury. Located in Miami with expansive skyline views, this high-rise residence was designed with a focus on material subtlety, sculptural furniture, and natural textures.

The living space features custom curved sofas and polished stone elements, surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the interiors with daylight. The dining area is anchored by a floating marble pendant and soft upholstered chairs, balancing form and comfort. Tones remain muted — creams, sands, and silvers — allowing the architecture and views to take center stage.

With its calm palette and open layout, this project reflects a quiet confidence — a tranquil, refined home in the heart of vibrant Miami.
